Melbourne HS Defeats George Jenkins HS for State Championship in Girl's Soccer

For the second year in a row, Melbourne High School has defeated George Jenkins High School for the state championship in Girl's soccer.  Ruby Lewis, granddaughter of Ronnie and Carolyn Lewis, played on the Jenkins team as a sophomore and had a great deal of playing time in the state championship game.  Ruby shows great promise for her junior and senior years.  Here is a link to an article about the game in The Ledger George Jenkins - Melbourne Girl's Soccer State Championship.
